Full Refund Eligibility

A full refund will be issued if:

  • The booking is canceled at least 24 hours before the pickup time.

  • ZMMM Limo is unable to provide service due to vehicle or driver unavailability.

  • A duplicate booking is submitted and reported within 2 hours.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the ride.

  • Client fails to show up or provides incorrect information.

  • Violation of ZMMM Limo service terms.

Processing Time

Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. Transaction fees are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your ride at least 12 hours in advance, subject to availability.
