Welcome to ZMMM Limo Service. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Overview

ZMMM Limo offers pre-booked luxury transportation services exclusively in Chicago and surrounding areas. All rides are provided with a professional chauffeur and a high-end vehicle such as Mercedes, GMC, or a Cadillac.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking via Stripe.

• Prices are calculated based on distance, time, and vehicle selection.

• Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

• No bookings are accepted without payment.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled ride will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the ride are non-refundable.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations will not be reimbursed.

• In the rare case of driver unavailability or vehicle breakdown, we will either reschedule the ride or issue a full refund.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate contact and booking details.

• Passengers must behave respectfully toward drivers and maintain cleanliness in the vehicle.

• Any damage caused to the vehicle by the client or their guests will be charged accordingly.

• ZMMM Limo reserves the right to refuse service to any individual behaving inappropriately or violating these terms.

5. Driver & Vehicle Standards

• All chauffeurs are background-checked, insured, and professionally trained.

• Vehicles are maintained to luxury standards and equipped with security features.

• We do not guarantee the availability of a specific vehicle but honor preferences when possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

• ZMMM Limo is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or events beyond our control.

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings left in the vehicle.

• Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking.

7. Use of Personal Data

• All personal data submitted during bookings is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

• We do not sell, rent, or misuse customer information.

8. Chauffeur Applications

• All drivers registering with ZMMM Limo must be 21+, possess a valid license, and own a clean, luxury vehicle.

• ZMMM Limo reserves the right to reject or terminate any chauffeur’s application or association at any time, for any reason.

9. Service Territory

• ZMMM Limo currently operates exclusively in Chicago and select surrounding suburbs.

• Bookings made for other cities or states will not be honored and may be canceled.

10. Amendments to Terms

ZMMM Limo reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
